- Bar clamps For wood-working cases:
(a) If clamping power up to 300~350Kg is required, either heavy duty or quick lever bar clamps can be applied. Heavy duty type is available for the purpose of clamping as well as spreading. Quick lever type offers versatile clamping tightness via switching an adjustable knob depending upon operation needs.
(b) If smaller clamping power (such as ~150Kg) is preferred, quick release bar clamps are the best candidates. Economical factor is its 2nd advantage.
(c) For even lighter works (clamping power < 50Kg), heavy duty clamp shall meet working requirements.
- Locking pliers High clamping power is ascribed to the rigidity of products, which is achieved via 2 mechanisms:
(a) welded clamping jaws and base body (not by rivet fastening), which are made of alloy steel possessing higher anti-fatigue strength.
(b) clamping jaws are carefully heat treated.
In addition, quick release guard is fastening with a rolling spring pin (not by a
rivet), which offers safer operation by reducing unexpected unlocking
